Tsukiji fish market

We always failed every Saturday to visit the famous fish market in Tokyo because we overslept. The best time to visit Tsukiji is 6 a.m because of the famous Tuna Auction. This time we made it to visit at 10 a.m.

Many people line up at every sushi restaurant in the fish market. Many people are crazy for that in spite of extreme hot weather.

We had "Tempura Udon" for lunch.

Different types of tempura.

People are standing while they eat.

The huge fish market.

Crab, crab, crab....YUMMY......my favorite!

Rows of frozen MEGA size tuna.

Big frozen tuna like this one, saw is needed to cut it into piece for sale! Definitely not an easy task.
